ADOPT TOS˚ ✩ ⋆｡˚. ───By purchasing any of my Adoptables whether from me directly (Twitter or TH; both @DivineParahdox) or my authorized collaboration partner, Kingu/Daniel (Hobo Wizard on TH; KingKaseii on Twitter) you agree to the following rules.⌱ Designs can only be gifted and or traded. Resell is only allowed if the price is the original base value (what you bought it for) OR the base value + additional art costs.⌱ NFT/AI usage in relation to the adoptable design is not allowed. You may not put artwork of the design (commissioned, original, fan art, etc) into NFTs or AI.⌱ Alterations to the adoptable design are permitted, including minor color palette change, body features change, and outfits. However, you MUST still mark me as the original creator regardless of where you post or use this adoptable.⌱ Do not claim the design as your own.⌱ As one of the design creators, I may post images of the design in my portfolio or art showcases, but I will not use it for personal design or purposes.⌱ Upon purchase of the adopt, we'll link you to the Toyhouse design for you to claim ownership over. If you don't have an account, a code will be provided for you so you can use TH.

COMMISSION TOS˚ ✩ ⋆｡˚. ───Upon payment of the invoice, to any capacity, the customer accepts the following terms:⌱ I retain all the rights to the artwork and may post the work-in-progress (WIP) on social media as well as the final piece at any time. However, the final artwork product is for personal, non-commercial use by the customer. If the customer wishes to have the artwork (both in WIP form and final), they must communicate this with me, Karl, before the commission begins.⌱ The artwork may not be submitted as an NFT nor used in any AI program.⌱ Payment is upfront via PayPal after the customer gives me, Karl, the approval of the sketch. No refunds*. Payment plans are possible, but they must be discussed before payment. More details upon request.⌱ Each commission has three to four available free changes (a mixture of major changes (pose change, for example) and minor changes). Any excess changes will incur a fee depending on the change requested.⌱ *Refunds will only be given if I, Karl, am unable to finish your commission within two months. The amount you will receive will be dependent on how much progress has been made.
